At VCARE Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your original transaction date, subject to the terms below.


Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:
 

  • You contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the online course content or downloaded significant course materials.

  • The request is for a self-paced course, certification, or digital product purchased through our official website.


Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

 

  • If the refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.

  • If more than 20% of the course content has been viewed or accessed.

  • For live sessions, masterclasses, or workshops once the event has started or materials have been shared.

  • For printed books or physical materials once they have been shipped.

  • If the course or program was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate, unless otherwise stated.


How to Request a Refund

  • Course or product purchased

  • Reason for refund request


Our team will review your request and get back to you within 5 business days.
 

Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
