Tara has been transforming Supply Chain in companies for more than 20 years.  Her continuous improvement mindset and cost savings results have taken these companies to a new level, allowing growth and a positive impact to the bottom line.  She has done this by taking a back to basics approach, ensuring the core functionality of Supply Chain is in place and effective policies and procedures are driving everyday business decisions.  She is currently the SVP of Global Procurement at Zep, Inc.

Tara holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Mercer University and a Lean Six Sigma certification from Purdue University.
