After graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Ilja began her professional journey in the world of IT consultancy. This experience laid the foundation for her problem-solving mindset and her ability to navigate complex systems. However, her true passion for logistics and operations led her to join ATIM in 2012—a pivotal moment in her career.

Over the years, she honed her expertise in Supply Chain, embracing the challenges of its ever-changing landscape. Her leadership skills and dedication to fostering strong partnerships didn’t go unnoticed, and in 2019, she proudly took over the reins of ATIM as its owner. Under her guidance, the company has continued to grow, focusing on delivering innovative solutions and building lasting relationships with partners and clients.
