Farah’s vision has been shaped over 12 years of Global Career in developing and implementing End-to End Supply Chains in a highly emerging market. With a robust background in supply chain management, procurement operations, and strategic communications across diverse global industries, in public and corporate sectors. She developed proven expertise in driving operational efficiency, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction, and achieving organizational goals, as well as extensive practical and theoretical expertise in improving and developing business processes, implementing systems from start to finish, optimizing costs, and transforming Procurement and Supply Chain Divisions.


Farah has expertise in strategic communication and negotiation. Farah worked with diverse groups in Hospitality, Construction, Retail, Oil&Gas and Mining Sectors where she spearheaded initiatives that optimized service levels and improved overall supply efficiency, managing a project valued at over $45.8 million. She cultivated strategic partnerships and implemented effective communication strategies, resulting in enhanced delivery operations and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, she was involved in leading projects for GE Aerospace Transformation, where she successfully conducted contract analysis and supported procurement transformation processes.


Farah's competencies include Enhanced Operational Efficiency, where she implemented mechanisms to balance supply-demand, resulting in a significant optimization of service levels and an improvement in overall supply efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Development, where she successfully cultivated relationships with key stakeholders and oversaw strategic partnerships, contributing to enhanced collaboration and operational success. Process Improvement, where she streamlined operational procedures and improved business processes, leading to increased efficiency and cost savings. Team Leadership and Development, where she led and mentored cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Currently, Farah serves as Global Independent Consultant and she is acting Director and Founder of education consultancy firm Creative Minds


Farah holds an MBA from Texas A&M University, in Texas. She obtained executive education from: Massachusetts Institute of Technology with concentration of Process Design; Harvard Business School, Negotiation Mastery; University of Houston, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.


She is also a member of Association of Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and obtained a certificate in Fraud Detection and Deterring Conflicts of interest.


Farah is passionate about improving gender diversity in the supply chain and she regularly mentors young women in Supply Chain to support them to meet career objectives.
