Nahidul is a promoter of education and consulting in Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain management in Bangladesh. He works with various corporate entities and individuals in the fields of supply chain, process excellence, optimization, lean manufacturing, digital transformation, and project management.


He has over two decades of hands-on experience in supply chain, operations, and project management, working from 2001 to 2023 in multicultural and complex global corporations in Asia. He has held positions such as Supply Chain General Manager at Veon (a NASDAQ company), Deputy General Manager at Evercare Hospital in Bangladesh (a prestigious healthcare provider of Evercare Group), and Deputy Director at a premier eye care organization in the country. He also worked with Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited in Supply Chain. Notably, he has served in international NGOs, indicating a strong focus on people skill development as part of his career goals.


In 2020, he founded the education and consulting firm Advance IPSC Limited. Through this firm, he has actively applied supply chain and operations solutions with proven results, specifically in lean manufacturing programs, process improvements through Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality, optimization, and inventory reduction initiatives across multiple industries such as garments, apparels, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, FMCG, healthcare, and ISPs.


Nahidul is also a managing partner of The Lean Six Sigma Company, The Netherlands. This role enables him to promote and support various skill development programs under Lean philosophy and Six Sigma for individuals, businesses, and corporations across functions like supply chain, production, logistics, and support services.

He is recognized for the creative development of standardized systems and business processes, as well as for implementing enabling technologies throughout the entire supply chain. 


Throughout his career, Nahidul has implemented several different computer systems, including WMS, ERP Oracle, and SAP. He has been an active member of several digital transformation projects (with firms like McKinsey & Co. and Gatz Partner), procure-to-pay initiatives, and Supply Chain Corporate Social Responsibility projects (with Eco Vadis, USA).


His primary focus is on the systemic and pragmatic deployment of business strategies at strategic, tactical, and operational levels through a transparent, collaborative, and sustainable approach. He emphasizes the growth of professional capabilities and the design of innovative educational courses for various institutions.
